3. Jurisdiction & Local Laws

Online gambling and cryptocurrency laws vary between countries, states and territories. Users must not access or use the platform where doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to them.

AussieX6 may restrict access in selected locations where required for legal, operational, payment, security or risk-control reasons. Nothing in this section transfers or excludes any obligation that applies directly to the platform under applicable law.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features you must register an account using accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly through the Contact Us page if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5. One Account Per Person

One account is permitted per person unless AussieX6 gives prior written approval for a specific exception.

Shared households, devices, networks or IP addresses may require additional review but do not, by themselves, establish that a rule has been breached. AussieX6 may review accounts where available information reasonably indicates duplicate registration, identity misuse, coordinated activity, bonus abuse or another breach of these Terms.

Any restriction, bonus removal or adjustment should relate to the account or activity affected by the confirmed breach and remains subject to applicable law.

6. Identity and Account Verification

AussieX6 may request information or documents to verify identity, age, account ownership, payment details or transaction activity. Verification may be requested during registration, account review, before a withdrawal or where security or fraud concerns arise.

Selected transactions or account functions may remain pending while reasonably requested verification is incomplete. False, altered or misleading information may result in further review, restriction or closure where supported by the available evidence and applicable rules.

7. Deposits & Crypto Funding

AussieX6 supports cryptocurrency as a funding method, with balances shown in an AUD account context. The minimum deposit is AUD 10. You must select the correct coin and matching network shown in the live cashier and send funds only to the address generated there. You are solely responsible for selecting the correct coin, network and address.

Funds sent to an incorrect address or through a network that does not match the live-cashier selection may be lost, and recovery may be unavailable or cannot be guaranteed. A withdrawal may be delayed, adjusted or declined where a specific rule, verified account issue, fraud concern, incorrect transaction detail or applicable legal requirement supports that outcome. Legitimate balances not affected by a confirmed breach should be handled according to these Terms and applicable law.

8. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is AUD 22. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed against your account information, verification status, turnover, applicable bonus conditions and the matching of account and payment details before processing. You must provide a correct wallet address on a supported matching network.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are optional and subject to their own conditions, including eligibility, wagering or turnover requirements, eligible games, maximum bet rules, withdrawal conditions, expiry and claim rules. Where these Terms and a specific promotion's rules differ, the promotion's rules and the Bonus Terms govern that promotion.

Promotions may be introduced, updated, suspended or withdrawn for future participation. A promotion already claimed remains subject to the visible rules applying to that claim, except where a correction is reasonably required because of fraud, abuse, technical error, security concerns or applicable law.

Where a bonus-rule breach is confirmed, the affected bonus and directly related promotional outcomes may be adjusted or removed according to the applicable campaign rules. Any action should be proportionate to the relevant breach and subject to applicable law.

10. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the platform fairly and lawfully. The following are not permitted, and may result in suspension, closure or the voiding of related activity:

• Creating multiple, duplicate or linked accounts to gain an advantage.
• Providing false, altered or misleading information or documents.
• Using another person's payment method, identity or account.
• Using bots, automated systems, exploits or collusion to affect outcomes or promotions.
• Attempting to manipulate bonuses, turnover, or the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• Accessing the platform where it is not legal to do so.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected breaches and take appropriate action, including withholding funds related to the breach to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Games & Outcomes

Games available through AussieX6 may be supplied and operated through third-party game-provider systems. Depending on the game, outcomes may be produced through randomised game systems or live-dealer activity and remain subject to the provider's applicable game rules and technical processes.

Gambling outcomes are uncertain, winnings are not guaranteed and previous outcomes do not predict future results.

12. Third-Party Services

The platform may depend on third-party providers for games, hosting, verification, payment-related functions, wallet or exchange access and other operational services. Those providers may operate under their own terms, policies and technical availability.

AussieX6 cannot control every external provider's independent operations, but nothing in this section excludes responsibility for AussieX6's own conduct, representations or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk and should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial difficulties. Users should only gamble with money they can afford to lose.

14. Suspension & Account Closure

AussieX6 may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where there are reasonable grounds to investigate identity, security, fraud, duplicate-account activity, prohibited conduct, transaction concerns or another material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably practicable, the account holder may be informed of the general reason for the restriction and any information needed for review. Activity or funds directly connected with a confirmed breach may be handled under the applicable rule and subject to applicable law.

Users may request account closure through the Contact Us page. Closure does not remove obligations or unresolved transaction, verification, complaint or record-keeping matters that arose before closure.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the AussieX6 name, logo, text, graphics, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to the platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written permission. Game content remains the property of the respective providers.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AussieX6 does not accept responsibility for losses resulting solely from user-entered wallet or network details, blockchain conditions, independent third-party service interruptions or events outside the platform's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Disputes & Decisions

Users should first submit an account, transaction, bonus or game-related concern through official support and provide the relevant account or transaction information. AussieX6 will review the matter using available account records, transaction data, game-provider information and the applicable rules.

A user may request an internal review where they believe relevant information or a rule has been overlooked. Nothing in this process removes any complaint, consumer or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when platform operations, payment or verification processes, legal requirements, security controls or service arrangements change. The last-updated date identifies the current published version.

Material changes may be communicated through the website or account interface where appropriate. Updated terms generally apply to activity occurring after publication and should not be interpreted as retrospectively removing a right or balance already established, except where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security issues or technical error.
